Tis’ the Season!

First, let me wish each and every one of you a safe and peaceful Holiday Season!

Secondly, I hope all of you, who attended our meeting last week, learned some useful
information about our tentative contact and that all your questions were answered.  I am
aware there is still some confusion about the longevity step and I will continue to discuss
this issue with the negotiators to get the correct information.  With that said, I do have to say
that this contact is one of the best ones I have seen in the last twenty years and hope you all
will vote yes.  The ballots will go out December 7th, so please watch your mail.  Remember it
is important for us all to vote, this is your voice.

Finally, we have been very busy this year working at labor/management to ensure that
everyone is being treated fairly, we also have several individual cases we have been working
on.   Please take the time and look over what we have been doing and what we plan on
working on in the future. Also, Toni and I will be walking around to see you all during the
week of December 17th, to hear what is going on out there and to give you all a little gift from
our union.

Happy Holidays

Colleen
